Gallery
Our new art gallery is located on the mezzanine level of a cavernous, disused malt storage warehouse. The gallery has views out towards our terrace, and to the railway and hills beyond.
Opened in August 2023, the gallery has now hosted a number of art exhibitions and a film festival, and is booked up for the majority of 2024 with events and further exhibitions. Our plans for the gallery extend into the rest of the warehouse. Read here for more information.
We’re really excited about this space, and in particular two multiple-artist exhibitions taking place this summer;
following on from this, in September, local activist Mike Puleston presents Beyond All Things Is The Ocean.
Support for local creatives / Residency
We are pleased to offer residency to creatives and activists; we offer studio, exhibition, practice and performance space, as well as working with you to promote your work and grow your audience. We’re particularly interested in working with young and unknown artists, and those whose work deals with social and political issues. Get in touch with Chris to discuss further.
