Do you only sell online?

Nope! We also have a shop and bar based within a former Maltings in Newton Abbot, Devon, and we would love you to pay us a visit! Our address and opening hours can be found on the Our Bar page.

In fact if you choose to click and collect your order we will give you an extra 10% off your purchase!



What is the minimum purchase?

We do not have a minimum purchase amount however any orders over £60 include free delivery. Order whatever you want in whatever quantity you want and our expert order team will pick, pack and dispatch it to you.


How do I make a payment?

Payment for online orders can be made by credit or debit card or by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment. For telephone and in store purchases we accept payment by credit or debit card.


Can I amend my order?

Customers can amend their orders as long as the order has not been packed ready for dispatch. If you wish to make an amendment please contact us as soon as possible (phone and email at the bottom of the page).


Do you offer gift packaging?

We don’t offer bespoke gift packaging however do check out our gift packs offered in the shop.


Can I have a delivery address which is different to my billing address?

You can specify a different address to the invoice address. Please add these at checkout.


Can I shop without creating a customer account?

Yes of course, when checking out just select ‘create an account later’


Can I arrange a specific date & time for my delivery?

Unfortunately our carriers do not offer a time specific delivery service. We can aim to send orders to arrive on a specific date but we would remind you that whilst the vast majority of deliveries arrive within the stated timeframe we cannot 100% guarantee the day.

If you are ordering as a gift we would ask you to take this into account when arranging delivery.

Please note that we are unable to offer weekend deliveries.


I'm a collector; can I specify the bottles or labels I want?

Bottles and labels can and do vary. This means that the images shown on our website may not be the same as current stock items. If the bottle or label is important please check before ordering.

Please note that it isn’t always possible to provide a perfect looking bottle/label as this very much depends on the condition they are received in from our supplier.


Does your shop stock items not available on the website?

We occasionally have items available in the shop that are not available to purchase online, usually because they are too fragile or large to post.


There's a particular item I'm looking for, can you get it for me?

We are always happy to see if we can help you track down an item. Please feel free to use our contact us selecting ‘request a product’
